How do I know if it can fit on my car?

We have designed the No Ding product to universally fit on most makes and models of vehicles. Our adjustable strap will enable you to strap No Ding around your entire car-door frame – it’s that easy.

How do I install the car door protectors?

The No Ding product is designed to be placed and fitted on the outside of your vehicle car door. It is designed to both shield and protect your car door panels from dings, dents and scratches. With the adjustable strap, you will notice within both clasps, they have the ability to shorten/ adjust the straps to fit on your car door more effectively. Make sure that the straps are tight enough to give the No Ding a snug fit over your car door. It’s important to ensure that you position the No Ding in the obvious ‘impact-zone’ of your car door, to maximise protection and minimise the risk of damage. Once you have set your No Ding with the right strap adjustment, you need only do this once and our recommendation is to leave the clasps connected and you just “loop” the No Diong and strap over your car door frame, which will take seconds to apply.

After use, simply wrap the straps around the No Ding and store away. Warning: Keep the straps away from children.

Are the car door protectors removable?

It’s important to note: The No Ding car door protectors are designed to only be used while your car is parked in a stationary position. They are not meant to drive with them on.

It’s imperative that you remove the No Ding from your vehicle before driving off.  DO NOT drive with No Ding on your car.

Are the protectors available in different colours or styles?

What sizes do they come in?

There are 2 sizes we have, which are ND550 Standard and ND1000 Large. The Standard size is 55cm in length and the Large is 1mtr in length. The ND550 Standard size is good for small vehicles and the ND1000 Large size is good for coupe' and SUV.

What materials are the protectors made from?

Our engineers have created and formulated No Ding with our patented Advanced Impact Absorption technology, which assures you peace of mind of protection form any damage to your vehicle while parked.

Can I still open my car door fully with the protectors on?

Yes, you can open and close your car door with the No Ding still installed.

Will the protectors damage my car's paint?

No, it will not damage your vehicles paintwork. The beauty of our No Ding product, is that it's been meticulously designed and engineered with our patented material that uses a special kind of velour that enables the protection of not only your vehicle, but equally important the paintwork as well. If your car happens to be a bit dirty, that's ok, as the velour acts as a buffer so that it doesn't scratch the paintwork.

How do I protect my car door in a parking lot?

No Ding is the most cost effective and easy to use car door protection solution for all cars of any make and model. It's designed as a one-size fits all approach and comes in assorted colours to suit your car. It will cover the main impact zone area of your car door to provide you with maximum protection. If you're looking to shield all your car door, consider buying a No Ding for each door for total protection.

Is it weatherproof? How does it work in rain and in the heat?

We have tested No Ding in extreme weather conditions and it will withstand hot weather and rainy days. If your No Ding has been subject to rain, it will be damp but it doesn't retain water. You can give it a bit of a wipe or otherwise give it a shake to rid of the excess water and store away. It would be advisable to leave it out at some point to dry, in which it will do very quickly.

How do I clean and maintain my No Ding protector?

If they become a little dirty, simply use a soapy sponge and give it a wash by hand and leave to dry. Do Not place into a washing machine or dryer.

Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?

Yes - we offer 1 year warranty from any manufacturing defects and as long as the product has been used within its intended purpose.

What is it designed to do?

Our No Ding car door protectors have been tested to withstand a reasonable anticipated swing or opening of a vehicle car door under normal parking conditions, which include minor dings, dents and scratches. In an extreme case, the product may protect the vehicle in some cases, pending make and model of the vehicle and if the car door is made from metal or aluminium. No Ding will not support potential hard hits that would result in a dent and damage to your car. There is a limit to which No Ding will protect your vehicle from unwanted dings, dents and scratches.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - If you are unable to locate your international stockist, we will be able to ship to you directly. Obviously, freight costs will apply accordingly. Otherwise, feel free to email us and we will try and assist you with the best approach to your region.

Generally speaking, we accept PayPal payments but we can also accept EFT (direct electronic funds transfer) to our bank account and AfterPay.

How can I get No Ding with our Custom Print?

Our No Ding products have been engineered to support Custom Printing on them. There are several forms of printing methods we can accommodate you within our No Ding product. Usually there is a minimum order quantity that you need to place or otherwise, if you require a short-run custom print, we can accommodate this for you, though the costs are a little higher.
